Programmes designed to develop and mobilise our employees

Because the mobility sector has been undergoing major developments in terms of technology and usages, we must transform our business lines and our ways of working.

 

We explore every avenue to ensure the professional development of our employees by providing professional development and training modules, Group discovery days, certifications, e-learning training programmes and respecting start-up best practices.

Trans’days: discover, share and live the Group experience

The aim of Trans’days, set up to enable employees to discover, share and live the Group experience, is to foster the sense of commitment and the feeling of belonging to a team. Since the sessions were created in 2015, more than 200 executive recruits have benefited from these discovery days. Participants with different profiles and career paths, both operational and functional, have actively taken part in dynamic sessions designed to bring people together and forge relationships.

Innov’Cluster: the start-up spirit

Innov’Cluster is the international start-up incubator, set up in 2015, which offers employees from different countries and professional backgrounds the opportunity to propose and develop innovative projects that could, in time, become a Group project.

As part of the programme, participants receive training in innovation techniques such as “design thinking”, encounter inspiring start-ups around the world, and receive coaching on how to present their project and pitch it to the ExCom! A fine example for building relationships and sharing best practices, etc.

Trans’Lead: developing our talents!

Created in 2018, Trans’Lead is a development programme that aims to develop the leadership of participants, their knowledge of the Group’s business lines and new forms of mobility, and their sense of belonging.
From October 2018 to March 2019, 25 employees from all the countries where we operate will participate in the programme in France, Germany and South Korea.
