Human, multi-cultural and innovative
Transdev is a global and multi-cultural group with strong regional and local footholds. Every day, we offer millions of travellers efficient and high-quality mobility solutions designed to take them to their destinations.
Every day, we work towards the future by transforming our businesses so that we can offer new mobility solutions and offer travellers an enhanced travel experience.
Our greatest asset is our team of 82,000 employees who ensure our performance
We welcome and integrate talent, build employee career paths, promote staff mobility within the Group, anticipate trends and develop our business lines to better prepare our employees to meet the challenges of the future. At Transdev, our HR teams lend support to ensure the development and professional fulfillment of our teams at the local and global levels.
Our aim is to make our company a place where people can realise their aspirations for the service of the Company’s growth and collective performance.
Our employees are the key players in their own story with Transdev, where each position opens up new horizons and opportunities within the Group.
Programs designed to develop and mobilise our employees
Because the mobility sector has been undergoing major developments in terms of technology and usages, we must transform our business lines and our ways of working.
We explore every avenue to ensure the professional development of our employees by providing professional development and training modules, Group discovery days, certifications, e-learning training programmes and respecting start-up best practices.
Trans’days: discover, share and live the Group experience
The aim of Trans’days, set up to enable employees to discover, share and live the Group experience, is to foster the sense of commitment and the feeling of belonging to a team. Since the sessions were created in 2015, more than 200 executive recruits have benefited from these discovery days. Participants with different profiles and career paths, both operational and functional, have actively taken part in dynamic sessions designed to bring people together and forge relationships.
Trans’Lead: developing our talents!
Created in 2018, Trans’Lead is a development programme that aims to develop the leadership of participants, their knowledge of the Group’s business lines and new forms of mobility, and their sense of belonging.
From October 2018 to March 2019, 25 employees from all the countries where we operate will participate in the programme in France, Germany and South Korea.
