In 2018, Transdev Group has defined a new strategy focusing on its core businesses of public transit and B2B transportation, and exiting the B2C market. During the last year, Transdev has sold most of its B2C operations, such as the European express coach operations Isilines - Eurolines; SuperShuttle as well as taxi operations in the United Kingdom and United States. As a consequence, and in line with the Group’s strategy, Transdev also decided to exit the airport coach business in Sweden by selling its Flygbussarna activity.
In line with Transdev Group’s strategy to concentrate on its traditional markets of public transportation and B2B market, we are pleased to have found in VY Group the best buyer for Flygbussarna, our successful Swedish airport coach services. As the third largest mobility operator in Sweden, we will continue to grow and invest in our extensive operations in the rail, bus, coach and ferry businesses.
Thierry Mallet, Chairman and CEO of Transdev Group

We are especially looking forward to the launch the largest e-mobility bus fleet in Northern Europe next year.
