In a recent satisfaction survey carried out in Covilhã in Portugal, Transdev’s employees received a 9.1/10 customer satisfaction rating – a very positive rating that motivate the local teams to provide an even better service.
When asked, passengers of the urban transit network in Covilhã revealed that they receive assistance and information every time they need it and/or when they have any questions or doubts, and that they are treated with friendliness, both by drivers and sales agents.
