Transdev to manage Atlanta’s paratransit dispatch and eligibility

Transdev USA is excited to kick off a new, three-year partnership with Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) this week. Transdev will be managing and operating MARTA’s centralized ADA paratransit scheduling and dispatching services, along with the ADA paratransit eligibility certification process.

We were impressed with Transdev’s proposal, their new technology and systems, and the opportunities they identified for improvement. We look forward to the positive and observable difference they can bring to our service and to our Mobility passengers.

From a scheduling and dispatching perspective, Transdev will be managing 15,000 certified participants, who average 2,400 trips per day during the week and another 1,200 trip per day on the weekends.
