Transdev is recruiting an International Careers Project Manager
Your role
INTERNAL MOBILITY/ INTERNATIONAL STAFFING:
You contribute to collect
international (internal) career opportunities and make sure they are
effectively made available through internal communication channels (HRIS,
Corporate social networks, intranet…)
- You liaise with countries to collect job openings and ensure promotion of them internally and externally,
- You contribute to internal talent selection for open positions and coordinate with Career Managers and projects owners in the countries for staffing follow-up,
In coordination with stakeholders, you deploy coordinated and structured communication actions to promote international careers and mobility successes.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
You provide support to projects and solutions owners
in the team.
COMMUNICATION:
Communicating over projects, solutions and related
successes is a key aspect in the team’s roadmap and is clearly identified as
key success factor of activities conducted by the team.
- You contribute to define communication plan for each project, program or solution monitored within the team.
- You ensure follow up and ensure communication plans are deployed as defined.
You maintain the master communication plan and develop related dashboards.
HR PROJECT CONTRIBUTION:
You contribute to HR project conduct and deliveryin relation with countries.
Your profil
This mission is for you :

But more than anything, we are looking for an enthusiastic and excellent English speaker, business minded, people focused and solution-oriented team player.
English full proficiency (written and spoken) required
French and a third language appreciated
Your destination
Within the Group Talent department, the
International HR Support, Careers & Staffing team manages processes and
projects aiming at developing careers’ internationalization while
contributing to business development and operational performance by
mobilizing the right person at the right place at the right moment.
The team develops and deploys Talent and Career projects and solutions within the group across 19 countries addressing specific audiences such as early talents, experts, international talents….
