Transdev Group is looking for a V.I.E* Full Stack Developer to be based in Quito in Equador.
EOMMT, the result of the partnership between Metro de Medellín and the Transdev Group, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Quito's very first metro line, the capital of Ecuador.

Responsibilities
After more than a year of operations, EOMMT aims to tackle numerous innovation-related challenges, with the goal of continuously optimizing its performance, enhancing user experience, promoting a culture of safety, and reinforcing its role as a model for sustainable mobility in Latin America.
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for:
Development of solutions for the operational management of the Quito Metro
- Gather the tool/application needs of various operational entities.
- Propose one or more architectures/solutions based on the needs and feedback or suggestions from future users.
- Develop tools/applications (mobile, desktop, web) from scratch.
- Structure the databases for the tools/applications.
- Manage access controls for the tools based on the needs of each role.
- Provide end-user training.
- Create user manuals for various tools/applications, for both end-users and IT administrators.
Occasional/Additional Activities:
- Modify/improve existing tools used within operational teams.
- Assist operational teams in developing their own tools by providing technical advice or guiding them towards suitable technical solutions.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bac +4/5
- Master's degree (preferred) or equivalent, in IT or software development
- Minimum 2 years experience

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure

- API and microservices: Creation and management of APIs
- Cloud and DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and management of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge:
- Best practices for securing code and data
- Best practices in responsive design
- Standards and norms: Adherence to coding best practices, accessibility standards, and documentation.
