Earlier this year Transdev Group launched “the Worldwide Challenge” as an important part of the campaign of implementing the new and extended WHY that had previously been developed through a collaborative and extensive process involving all levels of employees and geographic areas of the Group. It was a great success with almost 50 videos submitted from 14 countries.

The COVID-19 pandemic reminded us how fundamental our profession and our WHY are for people in our Group and in the communities we serve. To take care of themselves, to maintain the economy, people need to be able to move around.

Transdev Group’s WHY:

“We empower freedom to move every day with confidence thanks to reliable and innovative solutions that serve the common good”

As stated, the Worldwide Challenge was an important part of the internal campaign of implementing the WHY and to embody it into our Group strategy. Transdev team members were asked to select their best initiatives or project, and in a short video describe how it was aligned with and support the WHY, and how they were proof of Care, Share or Dare.

Video entries were evaluated according to Care, Share, Dare and how they embodied by an illustrious female jury representing a broad range of backgrounds, professional roles and geographies consisting of Eva Tiséus, Director of Marketing & Communication, Sweden; Jennifer Coyne, Chief Legal Counsel, USA; Stephanie Zeppa, Director of Performance, France; Marlene van Winden, HR Director, the Netherlands; Emma Duncan, Business Development Director, Australia; and Elisabeth Oger, Group Customer Director.

After careful evaluation and deliberation, the jury selected the following winners:

  • Care – Customer Experience by Transdev from Transdev USA submitted by Sheena Koshy
  • Share – My Dreamline from Transdev Sweden submitted by Christian Monstein
  • Dare – MobiLink from Transdev France submitted by Axelle Astouric

Congratulations to the three winners, and to everyone who participated in the Worldwide Video Challenge.

How can we help you to move forward?
