Transdev Airport Services puts the customer at the heart of its organisation

Going for Care is a Transdev program that provides staff with the skills and tools to understand customer needs and how to deliver an outstanding customer experience!

Last week, 9 drivers and customer service team leaders participated in the Train The Trainer session. Working together, taking part in role-play, and sharing their significant experience were efficient and fun methods to enhance their communication skills. After this 3-day training, they feel more prepared to deal with the 80 million multicultural passengers who travel through the airport.

Congratulations to our 9 new certified Going For Care Trainers at Heathrow Airport.

They are now ready for the roll-out of Going for Care in Heathrow and will start training their colleagues soon.
