Now a Payroll and Data Manager at Transdev, Aicha Boudraa looks back on her integration, her daily tasks, and what motivates her to be part of a committed, innovative, and resolutely people-oriented group.
Can you briefly introduce yourself? What is your background?
My background combines dual expertise in Accounting, Auditing, and Human Resources. I earned two master’s degrees from the University of Aix Marseille, specializing in CSR and Alter Management. I gained experience through a variety of assignments at Docapost, AXA France, and FREE/ILIAD. These opportunities have allowed me to master the technical and human aspects of HR. Since June 2023, I have been Payroll and Data Manager at Transdev, a role that perfectly matches my ambitions.
What is your typical day like? What do you do on a daily basis?
My days begin with analyzing emails and validating payroll items. I manage day-to-day files: sick leave, salary disputes, final payouts, and processing of Déclaration Sociale Nominative (DSN) social security declarations. I also work on dashboards and analyze compensation data. Each month, I supervise payroll closings and prepare mandatory declarations. Finally, I collaborate with the HR teams to ensure compliance with processes and respond to requests.
