19 participants from 9 countries met in Southern Europe for the launch of the 4th edition of Trans’lead, our Top Managers development program.
Trans’lead Top Managers aims at developing Top Managers demonstrating a strong potential. The program gives them the opportunity to improve their leadership skills and develop a sense of belonging to the company. It allows them to better understand the transformation in the mobility industry and our business.
To meet these objectives, the program is carried out through two residential modules which include workshops, lectures, visits of our operations, as well as individual and collective leadership sessions.
For this first module, Trans’lead has gathered 19 participants from Germany, Sweden, France, Chile, Colombia, Canada, The U.S., Portugal, and Australia. This group is representative of the richness and diversity of the Group, both in terms of background, geography, and skillsets.
From June 19th to 23rd, Trans’lead participants were welcomed in Barcelona and Porto by Xavier LEÒN, Director of Transdev Barcelona, Sérgio SUARES, CEO of Transdev Portugal and Spain and Pierre JAFFARD, CEO of Western Europe and Mediterranean Region. Participants had the chance to learn more about Light Rail and Bus operations, meet with the public transport authorities and external stakeholders, as well as contribute to local challenges.
Finally, several participants pointed out that: “the program has a very rich schedule with valuable content. It’s a great idea to let us contribute in problem solving brainstorming and an amazing way to generate solutions for the team! »
