The Executive Committee

The Executive Committee defines the strategies proposed to the Board of Directors, and oversees Transdev’s business activities.


It is responsible for defining its industrial vision, strategy, values, management culture, and priority targets.


The Executive Committee is made up of directors of support functions (General Secretary, Finance, Performance, Human Resources) plus the directors of the four main regions in which the Group operates: France, North America, Asia Pacific Southern Europe, and Northern Europe and the Netherlands.

Thierry Mallet
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, ENPC and MIT (MSc in Transportation), he began his career in the Ministry of Equipment before going on to hold senior executive positions at VEOLIA and Suez.
Antoine Colas
General Secretary
A graduate of IEP Paris and holder of a DESS in Business Law, he started his career at BNP Paribas before joining the AMF and later the CDC. He currently sits on the Executive Committee of Transdev.
Marcos Garcia
Group Financial Director
He started out as CFO of Veolia in Spain. He joined Transdev in 2011.
Christian Schreyer
Group Chief Strategy and Performance Officer, Chairman of Transdev Germany
Recognized as a senior executive professional in the rail industry, with a career including 15 years at Deutsche Bahn. For 5 years, he directed the Freight business in Poland, as CEO of the subsidiary DB Schenker Rail Polska SA.
Clément de Villepin
Group Human Resources Director
Holder of a DESS post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management, he has held several high-ranking positions in HR both in France and internationally, specifically in the areas of automotive equipment, agricultural food and within the Suez Group.
Laurence Broseta
CEO International Asia, Pacific, Latin America, MENA, South and North Europe
With 25 years of experience in the operation of all forms of transportation and international expansion, she joined Transdev in 2013 as CEO France.
Richard Dujardin
CEO France
An ICAM engineer and graduate from the Neoma Business School, he held a number of positions in Northern Europe for Veolia before joining Transdev. He headed up international business from 2013 onward and was appointed CEO France in 2016.
Yann Leriche
CEO Transdev North America and Head of the B2C Business Line and Autonomous Transportation Systems
An Ecole Polytechnique and ENPC engineering graduate. After an international career within the Group, he was appointed CEO North America in 2017.
Bart Schmeink
Chief Executive Officer of Netherlands, United Kingdom, and Ireland
He has a degree in Public Administration of the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Bart has held various senior positions in asset management, the transport industry and public transport, before he joined Transdev in 2014. Bart is also the chairman of the National Public Transport Ticketing Scheme in the Netherlands.

The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors supervises and guides the group Transdev’s strategy, authorizes its strategic decisions, and ensures they are correctly implemented.

The Chairman of the Board is Thierry Mallet, CEO of Transdev Group. The Board bases its decisions on the advice of specialised committees, such as Strategy Committee, Appointments and Remunerations Committee, and Audit Committee.


The Board of Directors is made up of eleven members, seven of whom represent the CDC, with a further tow representing Veolia Environnement, as well as one independent member, and a Director representing the employees:

The secretary of the Board is the General Secretary, Antoine Colas.

As its majority shareholder and long-term financial partner, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations provides Transdev with solid, lasting support. The two groups share the same public interest values, and the same purpose: to support the economic development of all regions.
