The operations phase will be preceded by a one‑year mobilization phase beginning July 1, 2026.
The services entrusted to Transdev across the entire rail network include delivering and coordinating rail operations services, delivering and coordinating maintenance services for trains, as well as related support activities such as site maintenance and equipment provision.
The network consists of five lines, 52 stations, and more than 225 km of tracks, offering 95 daily connections and ensuring transfers with Montréal’s metro and the Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM). In 2024, more than seven million passengers traveled on these lines.

Operations will be carried out daily by a team of more than 260 employees, supported by 51 locomotives and 226 carriages, and two maintenance centers located in Lachine and Pointe Saint Charles.
