This new edition of the Women ExCom Mentoring program paves the way for more inclusive leadership by connecting nine talented women from eight countries with Executive Committee mentors to share experiences, perspectives, and ambitions.
On December 17th and 18th, 2025, our Executive Committee launched the 4th edition of the Women ExCom Mentoring program — a key initiative that reflects our strong commitment to diversity and inclusion at the highest level of leadership. Alongside other initiatives focused on career development, leadership training, and diversity, the Women ExCom Mentoring program further strengthens our ambition to create equal opportunities and inspire future role models.
This year’s edition brings together nine mentees with diverse backgrounds from Portugal, Germany, France, Sweden, the Netherlands, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Throughout the year, they will engage in a privileged exchange with their mentor — an Executive Committee member revealed during the launch event. This program is designed to encourage participants to step into key leadership roles, offering strategic guidance and personalised support.
This program has been an incredible human experience. It makes me feel much more confident and stronger in my leadership skills.
Marcela, a participant from the 2024 edition and now Procurement Director for France.
This program is a powerful lever to boost skills and careers, while giving Executive Committee members a fresh perspective rooted in concrete challenges. It is a reciprocal learning experience that benefits both mentees and mentors alike.
Stay tuned for upcoming testimonials from Joana, Marcela, Anne-Sophie, and Audrey on our social media channels, where they will share their journey and ambitions. And don’t miss our end-of-year 2026 review to measure the impact of this inspiring program!
