In’Pulse; Transdev’s managerial onboarding program goes online


At Transdev, we consider onboarding to be a key moment in the career of talents. At network level, at regional level or at country level we develop and deploy induction solutions to accompany our colleagues and help them understand their work environment better and faster.

In’Pulse is the Group program to onboard managers who recently joined us or who have recently been promoted to a position which requires a global and strategic understanding of the Group.

Despite these turbulent COVID-19 times, we continued to maintain our efforts to welcome talents and onboard them and we held the first online session of In’Pulse.

Nearly 20 international managers from France, USA, Canada, Chile, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands and the Group headquarter attended this first online session. Through short sequences, they had the opportunity to intensively exchange with key Executive Managers and the Executive Committee members on strategic topics. The overall purpose is, of course, to better understand the Group and to envision and work on the future of Transdev.
