Over five days, 12 talented colleagues from Trandev France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, the USA, and our Corporate HQ came together to strengthen their skills as facilitators, leaders, and changemakers as a part of the E.Team Learning Certification.
Led by the inspiring Roy Fairweather, Director of International Development at Workforce Development International, the program combined deep personal insights with practical tools for impactful training and leadership.
