Committed and local
A resolutely local player
Discovering the Driver Profession
We organize immersive days to introduce the driver profession and the related training programs. These days are open to anyone interested in learning about the job (job seekers, individuals looking for a second activity, etc.).
We offer the chance to explore the company’s facilities (bus station, depot, offices), the work environment (guided tours, training sessions, driving simulator), while also providing transportation.
Promoting Local Purchasing
We work with local businesses or those with a local presence for national framework contracts. We also adhere to a charter that commits us to:
- Use local suppliers (in compliance with public procurement regulations),
- Apply the principle of proximity to reduce transportation distance and volume.
Digital technology at the service of recruitment
For greater efficiency, we use an application that distributes the same ad across targeted channels (Leboncoin, LinkedIn, Ouest-France, Hellowork, and Indeed).
Also leveraging social media, geolocation-based campaigns on Facebook are particularly effective.

Revealing skills every day to support local employment
Being a leading player in the passenger transport sector means demonstrating unquestionable expertise and requires the unwavering commitment of expert employees.
To maintain this momentum and guarantee this diversity of skills, Transdev takes a proactive and consistent approach to training and professional development for its teams. Transdev Training programs cover all needs in the mobility sector.
As a partner of organizations such as Pôle Emploi, we train job seekers every year in the profession of “bus and coach driver” and then offer them a permanent contract.
