Our governance

Thierry Mallet is Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of Transdev and oversees its global activities. With 30 years of international leadership experience, Thierry joined Transdev in 2016 with the ambition to deliver inclusive, safe, and sustainable mobility tailored to the specific needs of each region and its population. His career in public service has been driven by the conviction that serving the public is both a duty and a privilege. Since joining Transdev, Thierry Mallet has led major structural projects including the expansion of the Group’s heavy modes activities. Since 2018, Thierry has been a member of the Executive Council of the Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF), the national confederation of French employers. In 2022, he published “Voyage au cœur de la mobilité”. In 2025, Thierry was reappointed President of the French Union for Public and Rail Transport (UTPF).

A graduate of NEOMA Business School, she started her carrier at Ernst &Young, ODDO BHF and Crédit Agricole before joigning CDC as Director of Strategic Investment Management at Caisse des Dépôts.

A graduate of HEC Paris, he started out as Chief Financial Officer of Veolia in Spain. He joined Transdev in 2011.

Caroline Gonin is the Group Chief Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility Officer at Transdev. She works to make Human Resources and CSR drivers of sustainable performance, placing employer attractiveness, employee engagement and the preparation of future professions at the core of her mission. Deeply committed to education, diversity and people development, she promotes a human centered and responsible vision of the company. Graduated from Paris II Assas in Labor Law, she began her career at Areva, before joining successively Alstom, Renault-Nissan and Valeo. She joined Transdev’s executive committee on July 15, 2021.

Antoine Colas is International CEO at Transdev. Having joined the Group in 2016 as Secretary General, he has overseen strategic development operations across North America, Latin America and Australasia since 2021. He supports the transformation of complex projects into reliable, high-performing operations, with major achievements notably in heavy modes and large urban networks in Australia, Canada and Colombia. Convinced that sustainable performance is built on strong teams and high-quality partnerships, he champions a leadership approach based on trust, cooperation and the sharing of expertise, in service of mobility solutions that are both useful and deeply rooted in local communities.

Antoine Grange has been Transdev’s CEO Europe since 2022 and is a member of the Group Executive Committee. He oversees Transdev’s European operations, outside France and Germany, and represents the Group in its relations with European institutions. As Chairman of The Mobility Sphere, Transdev’s European think tank, he is actively committed to the decarbonization of public transport and to a pragmatic energy transition that supports everyday mobility and strengthens social cohesion. A graduate of École Polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, he has extensive international experience, notably gained within the Suez Group.

A graduate of Centrale Nantes and ESCP, he joined Suez Group in 1997. Previously, he was General Manager of the Municipal services of Suez Recycling & Recovery France.

A graduate of Xavier University, she was CEO of several companies including Paint Drop, Coach America and Merry Maids. She joined Transdev in 2019 as Director of Transit activities in the USA.

After a degree in Business Administration from the Berufsakademie in Stuttgart, he started his career at the German Treuhandanstalt. Then, he joined ALBA Group, MVV Umwelt, and most recently REMONDIS Energy & Services.
