Ensuring the safety of passengers and employees is essential. That's why we carry out numerous initiatives throughout the year to train and raise awareness among passengers and staff about best practices (risk analysis, regular reminders of safety rules, workshops, etc.).

Drivers, administrative staff, technicians, and managers—we are all involved in this major challenge.

Our goal is to build a relationship of trust with our organizing authorities, our passengers, and our teams on a daily basis.

We constantly monitor developments in order to leverage the latest innovations in the field of security:

Automated engine fire suppression with the Elide Fire extinguishing ball placed in the engine compartment.
Video surveillance on board vehicles,
Testing the Groupeer solution to ensure that all children are on board.

We work alongside local authorities to ensure continuity of service in the event of a crisis, while ensuring compliance with health measures. At the height of the COVID-19 crisis, we were committed to ensuring everyone's safety:

Protecting our employees and travelers: daily disinfection, fogging, encouraging mask wearing and social distancing, distribution of hand sanitizer.
Immediate adaptation of procedures in close cooperation with the authorities,
Clear information for traveling customers (displays, Passenger Information Plan, banners, etc.).

With this experience under their belts, our teams are ready, trained, and mobilized to respond at the request of health authorities.

Chaque jour, nous assurons la sensibilisation des plus jeunes :

Classroom workshops on travel skills and road safety to teach students how to use public transportation.
Exercises aboard a training vehicle (overturned car) to provide information on wearing seat belts,
Simulated scenarios aboard a coach to provide training in emergency evacuation.

An escape game to capture the attention of schoolchildren: PartiGO!

Proposed by Transdev, this fun, educational, and unique project aims to raise awareness of road safety among 10- to 12-year-olds through an escape game set in a coach. Teams from Transdev, students, teachers, and the start-up My Appy Tours, with the help of Prévention Routière, tested and designed this fun method of learning about safety.

The result? An educational, fun, and effective product that has been approved by children.
