Transdev teams support the final Dutch Grand Prix
- More than 300,000 spectators attended the final edition of the Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort.

The Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort took place on August 21st, 22nd and 23rd. This time, however, it was the very last edition. More than 300,000 fans visited Circuit Zandvoort between Friday and Sunday to experience the event. As in previous years, our teams were on hand to transport visitors from across the region to the circuit. But that was not all. Teams from Witte Kruis were also present, ready to provide drivers with the necessary medical care should it be required.

The combined efforts of all our teams on site contributed to a highly successful weekend. From Friday through Sunday, we transported between 8,500 and 11,000 visitors per day to and from Circuit Zandvoort using the shuttle service via Haarlem.
In addition, thousands of fans travelled with us from Hoofddorp, Amsterdam South, Amsterdam East and Haarlem-IJmond to Zandvoort. Many of them took advantage of the park-and-ride option, parking their cars in a Q-Park facility and boarding our buses with a combined ticket.
Our Witte Kruis teams
The dedication of our Witte Kruis teams also did not go unnoticed. Around 40 employees were present each day, staffing the circuit’s permanent medical centre. Several ambulances and medical teams were positioned around the track, ready to provide specialist emergency care whenever needed.
The Extrication Team also operates under the Witte Kruis banner. These are specialised teams trained to quickly extract injured people from vehicles or other confined spaces and provide immediate medical assistance.
Although major incidents fortunately did not occur, Witte Kruis received high praise from the FIA. Exercises and training sessions demonstrated that the team is capable of delivering medical care at the highest level.
