Founder and President of DECYSIVE, Cécile Maisonneuve is a recognized expert on issues related to the energy transition.
Author of numerous articles and analyses on energy, mobility, as well as geopolitical and urban topics, she also serves as a Senior Fellow for “Cities, Territories, and Sustainable Development” at the Institut Montaigne and as an advisor to the Energy and Climate Center at the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI).
A graduate of the École normale supérieure, Sciences Po Paris, and holder of a Master’s degree in History from the University of Paris-Sorbonne, she brings her expertise to companies and international organizations as a speaker and consultant.
