Fourth edition of Trans’Lead Top Managers: immersion in the German mobility ecosystem and focus on innovation in the Paris Region

The 18 participants from 9 countries met up again this time in Northern Europe for the continuation of the 4th edition of Trans'lead, our Top Managers development program.

The second stage of the Trans’Lead Top Managers program was a real success. Our international participants were welcomed in Duisburg (Germany) by Erik Ryll (HR Director Transdev Germany) and Limeil-Brévannes (France) by Alain Pittavino (Deputy Director Ile-de-France) and Vanessa Olivier (Director Transdev Côteaux de la Marne).

In Duisburg, our participants explored the workings of Transdev GmbH and Transdev RheinRuhrBahn GmbH. These companies demonstrate our leadership in mobility in Germany, in particular on operational excellence and development of territories.

The visit also included a presentation of the RETHMANN Group (Transdev’s shareholder by 34%). And REMONDIS LIPPERWERK (leader in waste management and recycling and part of the Rethmann Group). This visit highlights the breadth and versatility of the Transdev group on an international scale.

The French part of the module was marked by an immersion in avant-garde projects. The “Cable 1” urban cable project and the CNG (compressed natural gas) bus depots in Limeil-Brévannes were perfect illustrations of our commitment to sustainable mobility. Participants also learned about Île-de-France Mobilités projects linked to the 2024 Olympic Games.

Feedback from participants was extremely positive, underlining the “trust and connection” made with this program. The second module not only strengthened their understanding of the sector’s challenges but also nurtured a sense of belonging and pride in the Group.
