The adoption of the standard allowed us to structure and strengthen existing initiatives, such as inclusive recruitment processes, continuous training, zero-tolerance protocols against discrimination, comprehensive health programs, quality of life, work ethics, inclusive communication, and a collective agreement that guarantees fair working conditions.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: LEGAL SUPPORT AND SUSTAINABILITY

The Contract Management Department at RBU Santiago is responsible for administering and monitoring
concession contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments that allow for
extending their validity and preventing causes for early termination. Its strategic management has been key to
the sustainability of the business and the optimization of revenues. Its main achievements include:

Modification of the 2024 contract: this involved stabilizing the company's financial situation.
Certifications: Four Management Systems certified and three in the process of certification.
Payment review: Recovery of +1,000 MCLP through review of payment statements.
Review of operational KPIs: Review in conjunction with the PTA and the local team to improve performance.
Contract renewal: Worked with the local team to guarantee the conditions for
contract extension.
