A local service that is close to users

Pour renforcer la relation de proximité avec les usagers et faciliter l’accès à l’information mobilité, des agences mobiles ont été
déployées sur plusieurs territoires. Leur vocation : aller à la rencontre des habitants, proposer un accompagnement personnalisé et offrir un service au plus près des lieux de vie, en complément des points d’accueil fixes.

The Kicéo mobile agency is a perfect example of this approach. Designed as a mobile service, it operates across all 34 municipalities in the Vannes metropolitan area through regular visits.
It facilitates access to information, mobility advice, and practical assistance through:

• a direct presence on the ground: markets, municipalities, campuses, businesses…
• a lightweight and adaptable setup, capable of operating as
  close as possible to residents,
• staffing provided by two to four agents trained in customer service and information provision.

This service thus complements traditional service centers by offering a mobile, accessible, and community-based solution designed to maintain a direct connection with users throughout the region.

Following the successful rollout of Kicéo, other departments have adopted this mobile agency model, notably in Ille-et-Vilaine (35). The goal is to offer a similar mobile service capable of improving passenger information and providing local support in areas with fewer physical service points.

The expansion of these mobile agencies is part of a positive trend aimed at improving access to services and fostering a more direct relationship with users. This approach continues to evolve and is set to be expanded to meet the needs of local communities and sustainably improve access to mobility solutions.
