The M2I integrated mobility project in the Paris region

supported by the European Commission, will integrate a multimodal route planner, multimodal GPS, mobile applications and onboard systems in the vehicles concerned.

Our subsidiary Cityway presented the first version of the multimodal GPS in mid-2019, whose smartphone application will be available for testing on the vianavigo lab from September 2019. This application not only integrates real time, but also 1-hour predictions on all mobility services and a route calculator that includes private cars. An interface is also being developed to bring multimodal information and carpooling securely into the car, in partnership with Renault and PSA.

In this way, we are helping to build a very high-level traveller information service that reconciles the individual expectations of travellers - to get around quickly at the lowest cost - and the challenges of the general interest: ensuring the accessibility of territories by optimizing traffic, space management and cost control.
