Lower Saxony showcases Transdev's rail excellence

A wholly owned subsidiary of Transdev, NordWestBahn is now a major player in public transport in the Bremen region. Beyond its performance and punctuality objectives, NordWestBahn strives to promote train travel among passengers and families in the metropolitan areas of Bremen, Oldenburg, and Bremerhaven by appealing to them with the comfort of its lines. Special efforts are made to facilitate access to public services for passengers with reduced mobility.

The rail network is a leading alternative to individual modes of transport such as cars. In order to attract an ever-growing number of passengers, Transdev is reducing journey times—notably through the use of new high-speed vehicles—improving the punctuality of its trains, increasing services during off-peak hours, and simplifying connections.

Thanks to our trained and helpful staff, the average punctuality rate reaches 93.9%, and passengers rate Transdev's service very positively. We are proud to accomplish this essential daily task: easy and safe travel for the whole family.
