Committed to an ambitious CSR policy
Transdev Normandie has forged partnerships with local employment players:
- the Normandy Region in the FOREM (Une formation, Un emploi) operation,
- the Education Nationale for a "Ecole en entreprise" action,
- Pôle Emploi, through POEC (Préparation opérationnelle à l'emploi collective)
- Mission Locale on the "100 Chances 100 Jobs" scheme,
- NQT (Nos Quartiers ont du Talent) to support young people
- the Fondation Agir contre l'Exclusion en Normandie.
Knowing how to attract the talents who will design and deliver the transport and service offerings of today and tomorrow is a major challenge for Transdev Normandie.
Finally, through training, we reinforce the professionalism of our teams. This accompaniment of employees towards new professions enriches their skills base and enables us to guarantee service quality and safety.
This is a responsibility shared at Transdev Normandie between the employee, a major player in the construction and development of his or her career path, the manager and the HR teams.
“I joined the horse-drawn carriage team in 2012 as a carriage driver in urban and/or tourist areas. After several years of practice, specialized training and obtaining C and EC licenses to transport horses from the stables to the site, I became "Stables Manager (grooms and horses)". A new and rewarding adventure begins for me”
