Demand‑Responsive Transport for Persons with Reduced Mobility in Sarthe

A service reserved for persons with reduced mobility. It provides door‑to‑door journeys between the place of residence and Le Mans Metropolitan Area, excluding work‑related trips and medical appointments.

Who Is Eligible?

To be eligible for the Demand‑Responsive Transport service for Persons with Reduced Mobility, you must:

 

  • Be a resident of a municipality served by the regular Aléop routes in Sarthe,
  • Be unable to use the regular Aléop services due to a disability,
  • Hold a Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI – Disability) with a disability rate of at least 80%, or an 80% disability card.

How Does It Work?

Advance booking is mandatory and can be made:

  • At the earliest: on the 1st day of the month preceding the travel date,
  • At the latest: by 12:00 noon the day before travel
    (by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday for travel on Monday),

Operating Days and Hours

  • Operating days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays),
  • Operating hours:
    Half‑day or full‑day trips, with arrival in Le Mans from 9:00 a.m. and return no later than 5:30 p.m.

Service Areas

  • Served areas:
    From any municipality served by a regular Aléop route in Sarthe to Le Mans Metropolitan Area and back,
  • Non‑served areas:
    The service does not operate within municipalities of Le Mans Metropolitan Area.
