Escape Game Stop Requested for Employment

Stop Request for Employment is a traveling escape game dedicated to diversity and gender equality in the transportation and logistics industries. It is a fun, innovative, and experiential event.

The objectives of this solution are multiple

  • Promote gender diversity in the workplace by allowing women to discover jobs that are recruiting locally;
  • To bring out the non-gendered skills of the participants;
  • To integrate gender equality into the orientation and professional integration process;
  • To work closely with local employment actors.

A game oriented towards the field experience

Players must fight against gender bias in employment by reversing roles. They will take the place of company managers who have to recruit candidates on their skills, not on their CV, through a game of logic and know-how puzzles.

A debriefing at the end of the game reveals the skills of each player in order to direct them towards positions they would not have considered, and the possibility of applying for them.

On this occasion, the participants can also meet Transdev employees to talk about the job.A driving simulator is also available.

The “Rendez-vous Nomade” Initiative Transdev has launched an original campaign called “Rendez-vous Nomade” to encourage women to become bus and coach drivers. The event takes place around a travelling bus transformed into a welcoming and discovery space. An Escape Game to Reveal Talent To attract new profiles, Transdev uses an Escape Game inside the bus. This activity allows participants to demonstrate their transferable skills, such as teamwork, problem‑solving, observation skills, and stress management. As explained by Laure Prima, HR facilitator, it offers a playful and natural way to create “professional openness.” The Driving Simulator After the game, participants can try a professional driving simulator. This immersive experience helps them become familiar with a coach driver's workstation and reveal driving aptitudes. It also boosts self‑confidence, as highlighted by Esther, a participant who now feels ready to “go for it.” Recruitment Objectives Transdev aims to break gender stereotypes in transport professions. Here are the key figures of the campaign: 5,200 women are already drivers at Transdev in France. The group plans to recruit 900 new women drivers across the country. The campaign is also open to men, as the goal is to find the future talents of the transport sector.
