Mark&Ter
Mark&;Ter workshops have been running at Transdev for over 10 years and are recognized by our local teams and communities. The concept? Bring together between 30 and 50 Transdev experts in a given region to analyze all aspects of the marketing mix and come up with concrete solutions for improvement.
This format, which takes place over three days, enables a diagnosis to be made and a large number of ideas to be generated for the benefit of the network and the area under study. Satisfaction for communities and network teams alike
Day 1
The first day is dedicated to presenting the territory so that everyone can understand and appropriate it before getting started. Participants are divided into sub-groups, each dedicated to an issue in the marketing mix: mobility offer, intermodality, passenger information, customer experience etc.
Day 2
The second day is devoted to the field to discover the territory via the prism of the theme that has been assigned:
- Strong points to capitalize on
- Weak points to find solutions
At the end of day 2 the teams meet to prepare the action plan:
- Design a multimodal network that will be adapted to urban evolution
- Propose concrete actions to boost the network
- Conquer the motorists we want to turn into travelers
Day 3
The third day is a time for exchange. Each group proposes its diagnosis and action plan on its theme. This is an opportunity for everyone to bounce back and enrich the proposals that have been thought up for the territory.
