LOVÉLO is the bike-sharing service for the Rouen Normandy metropolitan area, operated by Transdev.

The service, launched in September 2021, has been a huge success. It consists of a fleet of more than 1,200 bicycles (electric bikes, cargo bikes, and folding bikes) that have been deployed to support the change in practices.

This type of long-term rental service allows users to try out cycling and make sure it suits their daily routine before investing in the purchase of a bike.
