is a start-up based in Réunion that develops tools for monitoring and analyzing mobility flows in order to optimize the operation of transport networks.

Using sensors that anonymously detect passive signals emitted by smartphones, Flowly enables accurate and continuous monitoring of passenger flows on buses, subways, and trains. Thanks to its patented technology, which filters, anonymizes, and aggregates data from passengers on board or at stops, Flowly enables detailed and regular observation of origins and destinations, vehicle loading patterns, waiting times at stops, and connections.

Better still, our solution aggregates all the mobility data available on the transport network within a single interface: multi-source counting data, ticketing, journey times, inspections, etc. Transdev teams can thus closely monitor the network and share with local authorities any needs for adjustments or additional services, based on the requirements observed.

Passengers also benefit from this innovation: better-tailored services and passenger flow indicators on their lines, allowing them to adapt their journeys for greater comfort on board.

Flowly is deployed on nearly 30 networks and more than 1,000 vehicles in the Paris region, Rouen, St. Etienne, Valence, Le Havre, Nîmes, and Dublin on networks equipped with buses, coaches, BRT, trams, and trains.
