From the award of a professional title...
The new work-study students have just begun the 1st training session from November 2020 to February 2021 to obtain a Titre Professionnel de " Conducteur de Transport en Commun sur Route " at the AFTRAL in Evreux.
Once they have completed their training and obtained their professional qualification, the 8 apprentices will join the Transdev Normandie workforce on a long-term basis becoming alternating male and female drivers.
... to a permanent driver's contract
Then, specific in-company training will be provided from February to November 2021 by Transdev Formation on the premises of the Seine-Eure Agglo semo network depot in Incarville.
At the end of the "Agent d'Accueil et de Conduite Routière" CAP in November 2021, the 8 apprentices will be hired on a CDI, 6 of whom will become drivers on the Région Normandie school routes in the Eure and 2 drivers on the
réseau semo.
Drivers trained as apprentice masters
The originality and relevance of the Académie by Transdev program also stems from the professional expertise of each local transport network, which strengthens the links and facilitates the transmission of knowledge between professionals and learners. Thus, the teaching team will be enriched by Transdev Normandie drivers, trained to be Apprentice Masters and thus accompany the students.
