Transdev Group appoints Damien Stéffan as Group Director of Media and External Relations

Damien began his career as a journalist at Agence France-Presse (AFP) in London and then Paris (2005-2009), before moving into political communications at the City of Paris (2010-2013) and then at the office of the Minister of the Budget, Bernard Cazeneuve (2013-2014). He then held positions in communications and public affairs at Total Energies (2014-2019) and Deliveroo France (2020-2022). In November 2022, he became chief of staff at Réseau Canopé, a public operator under the supervision of the Ministry of National Education, until June 2025. After a four-month assignment at Amazon France in the summer of 2025, he joins Transdev group.

Damien Stéffan holds a master's degree in history from Sorbonne Paris IV university and a postgraduate degree in journalism from the Institut français de presse (IFP, Paris II).
