Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) Manager: a key role in the transportation sector

The Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager (or QSE Manager) works with senior management to design and define the company's quality, safety, and environment policy, which is then implemented. This position is crucial for ensuring regulatory compliance and improving the company's overall performance. It therefore contributes to the added value of our offering to our Mobility Organizing Authorities and to optimizing the customer experience for travelers.

The main missions

  • Implement and monitor the QSE management system: The QSE manager establishes internal standards (procedures, operating methods) based on ISO standards.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance: He or she ensures compliance with current standards in the areas of occupational safety, transportation, and the environment (CO2 emissions, waste treatment, water management, etc.).
  • Train and raise awareness among teams: The QSE manager organizes training sessions and awareness workshops and shares best practices with a view to promoting the Group's performance culture.
  • Conducting audits: The QSE manager conducts internal audits within and outside his or her scope.
  • Analyzing indicators: He or she analyzes and optimizes support and business processes (maintenance, operations, HR, etc.) and leads cross-functional internal management initiatives.
