As Workshop and Maintenance Manager, he or she is responsible for the maintenance, management, and supply of the workshops. He or she plans, schedules, and supervises technical interventions while managing the teams.
A key player in service quality, he or she ensures the availability and reliability of the vehicle fleet, in compliance with safety, performance, and cost requirements.
The main missions
Technical operations management: He or she plans, schedules, and supervises preventive and corrective maintenance work on the vehicle fleet. He or she ensures the operational implementation of maintenance plans, guarantees the availability of equipment, and ensures compliance with deadlines, safety rules, and quality standards.
Team and skills management: He or she supervises, leads, and organizes the activities of the maintenance teams. He or she assigns tasks, adapts resources to operational needs, and supports the teams on a daily basis to ensure the efficiency and continuity of service.
Performance monitoring and continuous improvement: He or she monitors and analyzes maintenance performance indicators (fleet availability, failure rate, response time, costs). He or she identifies discrepancies, proposes and oversees improvement measures to optimize processes and the overall performance of the workshop.
Administrative management and maintenance tools: He or she is responsible for the administrative management of maintenance activities. He or she ensures the reliability of data in the CMMS, the monitoring of interventions, regulatory traceability, and inventory and warehouse management.
