Nouvelle-Aquitaine

is resolutely committed to developing clean energies. While electromobility is historically present with the 31 trolleybuses in Limoges, it is in La Rochelle that Transdev operates an electro-solar service with a ferry and a sea bus and 100% electric bus lines.

In addition, on the regional road routes of Gironde and Dordogne, as well as on the territories of Pays Basque, Niort Agglomération and Communauté d`Agglomération du Libournais, vehicles also run daily electric-powered services.

Transdev shares the ambition of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region to significantly reduce fossil fuel consumption by 2030. To this end, the renewal of the vehicle fleet continues to progress, with more than 350 clean vehicles throughout the region.
