Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
Transdev is committed to promoting respect for fundamental rights. We are convinced that diversity and inclusion are a performance lever and we promote a more inclusive economy. Transdev is committed to diversity and inclusion through its Group Diversity and Inclusion program.
Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
Transdev deploys a policy for the respect of fundamental rights and a vigilance plan. We are attentive to the needs of all our employees, with social dialogue at the heart of our human resources policy. Transdev promotes social and economic inclusion by working with local actors.
Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation
Transdev deploys environmental commitments and an Environmental Management System. We develop and promote clean, autonomous and electric mobility solutions. Transdev provides intelligent financing solutions to achieve the ecological transition within the framework of increased budgetary vigilance.
Reducing inequalities within and between countries
Transdev deploys an ethics and compliance management system and a policy to promote respect for fundamental rights. We make public transport a lever for social cohesion by integrating universal and inclusive mobility solutions. Transdev is developing apprenticeship programs to develop its talents as well as a diversity and inclusion program.
Making cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable
Transdev contributes to territorial resilience by working closely with local players to design tomorrow’s mobility. We connect mobility offers and ensure an efficient modal shift. Transdev deploys an environmental policy and a Responsible Purchasing policy to provide efficient and shared solutions to demand.
Establish sustainable consumption and production patterns
As an economic and social player, we also contribute to the development of the regions through the relationships we maintain with our suppliers. Defined at the Group level, our Responsible Purchasing policy establishes common criteria for our purchases and supplies, as well as requirements in favor of environmental protection and economic and social development in the regions where we operate.
Take urgent action to combat change and its consequences
Transdev is deploying an environmental policy and is committed to greener and cleaner mobility. We are improving the customer experience to accelerate the shift from individual cars to alternative solutions. Transdev is also committed to working with local authorities for the ecological transition.
Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, ensure access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels
Transdev deploys an Ethics and Compliance Management System and a policy for the respect of fundamental rights. Our ethical principles shape the image of the Transdev Group, contribute to the relationship of trust built up with our various stakeholders, help us in our choices and ensure that our actions are consistent with our words.
Strengthening the means of implementation and revitalizing the global partnership for sustainable development
To carry out our missions in the service of the common good, our decisions and daily actions are guided by strong ethics. Transdev is committed to social cohesion through the Transdev Foundation and develops local partnerships in the areas it serves. In 2003, Transdev became a partner of the Global Compact and in 2022 reaffirms its support for the principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
