The 12km tramway line, featuring 16 stops, connects key locations like Westmead Health Precinct, CommBank Stadium, and three Western Sydney University campuses. This $2.875 billion project, run by Great River City Light Rail (GRCLR), has created 3,420 jobs, with 60% of frontline staff from Western Sydney and 40% women. The project also offered employment opportunities to marginalized communities.
