The positivity index determines the impact of past and future actions, by evaluating over 5 sliding years, 35 indicators divided into 5 dimensions:

• Environmental footprint,
• Working conditions,
• Positive sharing of the value produced by the company,
• Training and research,
• Long-term strategic vision.

Because we can only improve what we measure, our long-term margin for improvement is a beneficial motivation for all, dynamic and perennial.

The positivity index therefore enables us to structure our CSR policy and set development priorities in line with our intrinsic values throughout the year.
