Transdev is Hiring a Junior HR Project Manager (VIE) – Berlin, Germany
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy HR initiatives and
day-to-day activities across Transdev Germany's headquarters and its 56 subsidiaries.
- Support strategic HR projects from a content, conceptual and
organisational standpoint, and independently manage smaller projects in talent management, learning and development, recruitment and diversity.
- Co-organise our young talent
programme and
contribute to V.I.E. recruitment, helping identify and grow the next
generation of talent.
- Drive our diversity agenda by supporting communication
campaigns, the women's mentoring programme and the female network.
- Collaborate closely with the HR
project managers of the Berlin team, and liaise occasionally with the Group HR team based
in France.
- Adapt your scope over time, taking on new HR topics as
priorities evolve and as your own interests develop.
Qualifications
Your Profile
University degree (Bachelor's
or Master's) in economics, education, human resources or an equivalent
field.
A first experience in HR is
preferred; a background in recruitment is a real plus.
Full professional proficiency
in German and English (minimum B2) German is your working
language with internal stakeholders, English is used with the Group HR
team in France.
Solid project management
skills: able to structure, prioritise and run several workstreams in
parallel.
Autonomous and proactive,
comfortable taking ownership of a project from concept to delivery.
Curious, people-oriented and
collaborative, with a genuine interest in talent, learning and diversity
topics.
Your
Destination
Based in
Berlin, the German headquarters of the Group, you will join
the HR competence center, a team of around
ten people reporting directly to the Head of HR, Transdev Germany. The team
owns the strategic HR agenda: talent development, diversity, learning,
recruitment and the digitalisation of our HR processes.
This VIE assignment is for a duration of 24 months.
