V.I.E Junior Innovation Manager (M/F)

Transdev is Hiring a Junior Innovation Manager (VIE) – Berlin, Germany

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify relevant innovation challenges and opportunities at headquarters and in operations
- Manage innovation projects from planning to execution
- Update and implement the innovation strategy
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Strengthen the innovation community and foster an innovation culture across teams

Your profile : 
- University degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or a related field
- Initial experience in innovation, new business development, product/service development, or project management (ideally in mobility or transportation)
- Familiarity with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean, ideation workshops, trend and market analysis)
- Basic understanding of project management and business model development (business cases, ROI, value proposition)
- Strong interest in digital technologies (AI, IoT, mobility apps, data analytics, platform business models)
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in standard office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of tools like Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint is a plus
- Fluency in German required; English is an advantage

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally (operations, tech, marketing, strategy)

Your Destination : 
You will join the Innovation and New Markets team at Transdev Germany in Berlin, a team of five working on new market development and innovation initiatives.

You will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities and driving innovation projects in an international and fast-evolving environment.
