Transdev is Hiring a CSR Manager (VIE) – Berlin, Germany
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage environmental reporting and data, particularly CO₂ emissions tracking (Scope 1, 2 & 3)
- Lead sustainability projects with a focus on climate and environmental challenges
- Monitor sustainability performance and key KPIs
- Support the preparation and implementation of CSRD compliance, especially ESRS E1
- Analyze environmental data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote CSR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with reporting obligations and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to embedding sustainability into business processes and company culture
Qualifications
Your Profile :
- Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) with a specialization in CSR, Sustainability, or Environmental Management
- Previous experience in CSR, sustainability, or environmental/resource management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present environmental data clearly
- Experience with CSR reporting tools and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage projects (planning, execution, monitoring)
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong interest in sustainability and impact-driven initiatives
- Fluency in German (minimum B2 required)
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 required)
Your Destination :
You will join Transdev Germany in Berlin, working closely with the CSR Manager to support and drive sustainability initiatives across the organization. You will play a key role in advancing environmental performance, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and contributing to the company’s sustainable mobility strategy in a dynamic and international environment.
This mission offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CSR within a leading mobility group.
This V.I.E assignment is for a duration of 12 months.
