What were the challenges of the launch phase?
Moving to a fully electric network while operating buses and trams simultaneously required major adjustments. Meeting high electricity demand was one of the main challenges, alongside adapting charging infrastructure and operational organisation.
Challenges remain around planning and resource availability. The focus is now on strengthening service reliability and robustness while keeping a passenger-centric approach.
How did the Group mobilise its expertise?
The tender, preparation and launch phases mobilised Transdev teams internationally: planners from Canada, along with experts from Ireland and France, contributed to the project.
