Internal Communications Manager M/F

Transdev is hiring an Internal Communications Manager M/F  based at its headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux 

Your Key responsabilities : 

- Shape and execute the internal communication strategy by contributing to Group objectives and priority actions.

 - Drive core messaging by ensuring Transdev’s purpose, vision, and strategy are clearly conveyed and embodied across all internal audiences.

 - Deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns, coordinating actions across digital and physical platforms.

- Lead major internal events (executive seminars, leadership webinars, HQ gatherings), managing logistics, content production, and flawless execution.

- Support the launch and ongoing animation of the new Group intranet (Q1 2026) by overseeing editorial management, onboarding communities, and continuously improving the platform.

- Create engaging content (articles, visuals, videos, campaigns) in collaboration with agencies when needed.

- Oversee HQ internal communications, ensuring consistency and quality across key channels.

- Manage the communication budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Measure and optimize performance by tracking results and recommending improvements.

- Support team leadership by co-managing one apprentice and fostering collaboration.

- Stay ahead of trends to keep internal communication practices innovative and effective.

Your profile :

- Experienced communicator: You bring at least 7 years in corporate or agency environments, with a proven track record in internal communication and delivering impactful projects.

- Bilingual by nature: You’re fully fluent in both English and French, able to adapt your message to diverse audiences with ease.

- A strategic doer: You think big, connect the dots, and turn ideas into clear, actionable plans.

- A sharp mind: You excel at analyzing, simplifying, and shaping complex information into compelling messages.

- A confident communicator: Whether writing or presenting, you know how to engage, inspire, and influence.

- Digitally savvy: You’re comfortable with communication tools, digital platforms, virtual events, and content creation.
Agile and proactive: You spot opportunities, propose fresh ideas, and enjoy pushing boundaries to bring innovative solutions.
