Transdev is hiring a Senior Internal Communication & Content Manager
Your mission
- You will play an active role in defining the internal communication objectives of the Group's communication plan and manage or contribute to the implementation of its priority actions.
- You will pilot the new Group intranet (digital workplace) dedicated to the managers and office workers in the 19 countries where the Group operates, in close cooperation with internal stakeholders (Group contributors, IT, HR, Countries representatives…) and the intranet external partner:
- Define editorial strategy definition, lead the editorial committee and planning, overall content & platform governance, support to countries onboarding to the new platform.
- Create innovative, impactful content (editorial, video, image, audio…) to highlight and valorize the Group expertise and key topics (in close collaboration with Group’s departments and countries)
- Put in place a powerful content eco-system within the Group in coordination with Group contributors, departments and countries
- Contribute to the change management plan to support the platform adoption.
- More widely, you will shape and produce Internal communication messages and campaigns for all internal channels, on Group strategic topics and orientations (CEO messages, Diversity & Inclusion, Safety campaigns, Group Vision, Strategic plan…).
- You will participate to the Group’s Top Executive Seminar organization and content creation coordinated by the Group internal communications team.

Your profil
You have a solid experience (minimum 10 years) in a corporate
position in a similar role or in a communication agency with a strong focus on
internal issues.
You are fully bilingual (oral & written) in
English and French.
The position
We’re
searching for an experienced Internal Communication & Content Manager to contribute
actively to the development and implementation of our internal communications
strategy and to deliver engaging content across our internal channels.
In an
exciting period for Internal Communications at Transdev, you will create and
produce engaging and impactful content and pilot internal communications initiatives
aimed at Transdev’s internal stakeholders (top managers, managers, employees,
frontline workers).
You will pilot
the Group’s new Intranet platform dedicated to improve teams’ access to
information throughout the Group, to increase engagement and collaboration and
more globally, to make a step towards a more international, impactful, open and
contributive internal communication with employees at the heart of the project.

You have a strategic vision allowing you to identify
and valorize key strategic content dedicated to a specific audience.
You know how to build a powerful communication
strategy and have excellent skills in written and oral communication, a good
expertise in communication tools production (written, graphical and video,
physical and digital events, internal digital tools, ...)
You have a strong experience in project and change management
with multiple & international stakeholders and are committed to deliver.
Your ability to analyze and synthesize, your agility,
your dynamism and reactivity, your curiosity, your interpersonal skills are
assets for the position.
You enjoy working on multiple projects in parallel.
