The types of job available with the Talent Program
- Talent Program – Maintenance Officer (M/F)
As a technical expert with good knowledge of technological developments, the Maintenance Officer ensures vehicles are available and operate correctly and safely, with customer satisfaction in mind.
Talent Program requirements: 5 years higher education / general engineering or specializing in industrial and mechanical engineering
- Talent Program – Maintenance Team Manager (M/F)
Working in the workshop, the Maintenance Team Manager keeps the team motivated and manages the rolling stock and technical equipment.
Talent Program requirements: 3 years higher education specializing in heavy goods mechanics
- Talent Program – Operations Officer (M/F)
Responsible for the smooth operation of the transit network and the continuity of service, the operations officer works in the field, constantly liaising with the operations team and drivers.
Talent Program requirements: 5 years higher education, specializing in transportation / business school
- Talent Program – Operations Sector Manager (M/F)
As a hands-on manager, the Operations Sector Manager organizes transit services and ensures operations are managed effectively.

The Research and Methods Officer is customer-focused with a strong sense of field marketing, and helps put together the transit services for a region.
