TDI Power recently partnered with a global defense company to power a fleet of specialized vehicles.  These vehicles feature a diesel-electric drive, a unique approach that provides more power, enables higher performance, provides better protection and is easier to maintain.  This design gives the manufacturer an enormous power advantage and the technology provides not only exportable power but also a great deal of power to the vehicle, which means agility and performance.

TDI Power has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of customized electrical power supplies and power conversion systems for severe environments where failure is not an option. For nearly fifty years our power products have been used in mission-critical applications for front-line Military Aircraft, Navy Shipboard systems, and Ground Mobile equipment as well as rugged commercial applications such as Oil/Gas Exploration Systems and Commercial Aircraft.
